About the program
- Option 1: 4-week (23 days) long, 150-hour TEFL course
- Option 2: If you’re already TEFL certified; 9 days cultural immersion with job placement
- Expect to be in class the majority of the day during the week (Monday-Friday).
- Classes will be run with local students to ensure that you get the hang of teaching English to non-native speakers.
- You’ll get to participate in 14 hours of observed teaching practice.

Finding a TEFL job
- Graduates receive job placement assistance.
- Our TEFL graduates usually end up making somewhere between $1,350 – $1,800 USD per month.
- With the low cost of living in Vietnam, teachers can save a decent amount of money (close to half of their net salaries).
- You will have free time on the weekends while taking the TEFL course, so you can get an idea of the area that you’d like to teach in after you complete the course.

About Ho Chi Minh City – things to do and see
Ho Chi Minh City, commonly referred to as Saigon, is Vietnam’s largest metropolis. Ho Chi Minh City is a bustling and vibrant city with thousands of people and motorbikes filling the streets each day. The TEFL Course is located north of the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, in a quiet suburban area known as the Gò Vấp District. Candidates will be immersed in a relaxed residential area filled with delicious restaurants and comfortable bars. Gò Vấp has a large market where you can shop at prices much lower than the Bến Thành Market downtown. While the TEFL course will take a large amount of your time during the 4-week course, there will be opportunities to go out and socialize while exploring the city with your classmates. Taxis are cheap and can get you downtown in 25 minutes.
